Since 1998.  Sun 6:30-8:00pm: English speaking peers facilitate a twice-monthly1.5-hour mindfulness meditation sitting in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh in Vancouver.   (2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.) Please join us for:

  • 30 minutes of silent sitting
  • walking meditation
  • mindful tea drinking
  • dharma reading
  • community sharing
