Lineage: Jamgon Kongtrul of Sechin and Dilgo Kyentse Rinpoche, Tibetan Kagyu and Nyingma Masters respectively.

Practices: Chanting sutras, chanting prayers, chanting mantras, commentary study, discussion groups, flower arranging, meditation, physical labour, prostrations, retreats, short-term precepts
Meditation: Altruism (tonglen, etc.), breaths (counting), calming (shamatha), deity sadhana, just sitting (shikantaza) loving kindness (metta), mudra, visualization, yoga postures, walking

Public activities: Public meditation and/or classes about three days per week. The centre is scheduled 2-3 weekends per month with meditation programs. Many volunteer activities around the centre to keep it clean, flower arranging, library bookstore/maintenance etc. We sublet the space to groups involved in harmonious contemplative activities like Yoga.

Other activities and initiatives: We host visiting senior teachers (mostly western lay people) about 4 or 5 times per year. We host Tibetan teachers about once per year. We help organize a two week residential practice retreat at a nearby resort area over the Christmas holidays. We are 1 year in to establishing Contemplative Passion Groups in areas of interest to members and non-members such as: Neighborhood community groups, Dharma Art, Ethical Business, Environmental awareness.
